Processing and Bookbinding

Bound offset print products, especially brochures, magazines and catalogs, are our most important product segment.

Happy endings — Printing is one thing, but in the end, a great print must become a perfect book. We take care of that. And we celebrate with you when something so beautiful comes out in the end.
Folding — Once everything is set up, here we go: This is what a 16-page accordion fold with 7 folds looks like when it comes out of the machine. Small, perfectly folded and ready to be packaged in bundles of 50.
Swiss brochure without cover — If you leave out everything around it, the beauty of the finish can shine: with neon thread, matching the typography of the volume. And of course the flatness of the opened book is excellent.
Tactile + finished — Big impact with simple means: Strong textile color meets white hot foil embossing on this hard cover. The embossing sinks deep into the material, and the smooth foil contrasts with the rough cover fabric.

Brochures, Magazines, Catalogs

For the production of saddle-stitched brochures, magazines and catalogs, we use two content sheet folders, a fully automatic collating stitcher and a perfect binder. With this technology, we ensure high quality, fast and efficient finishing of high value saddle stitched or perfect bound brochures.
We also do wire binding (ring binding, Wire‑O) for presentations in small quantities. However, for thread-stitched brochures and hardcover books, as well as for perfect binding in very large quantities, we use an external industrial bookbinder.
A wide variety of customization options are available for your brochures and magazines, including fold-out pages and covers, die-cuts, pockets, inserts, and all print finishing options.

Folded Leaflets

From simple accordion folds to gatefolds and versatile parallel and cross combinations with up to 11 folds: When it comes to finishing your folders, we have mastered almost every mechanically possible layout.
This includes pre-creasing for thicker materials and adding perforation lines. While our flatbed die-cutter is used for large quantities and complex shapes, our bar creasing machine is typically used for small and medium runs. Here we can crease and perforate multiple times in parallel without tools, resulting in minimal setup costs, up to an open end format of approximately 50100 cm.

Books, softcover, hardcover

We produce softcover books and perfect bound books in-house, while we work with an industrial bookbinder for thread-stitched books and hardcover/bound books. We are always available for advice and assistance.
Especially for smaller print runs, options for print finishing and interior features such as fold-out pages, die-cuts and inserts are interesting.

Assembly and Packaging

The service of Spreedruck doesn’t end with the printing of your products. Of course we pack everything according to your individual wishes, e.g. bundling, banding, shrink-wrapping or labeling of the packaging units.
Of course, we also offer manual services: We fold and glue complex die-cut sheets as required, fill your product with varying and personalized content, address, frank and ship it.

Shipping

In shipping, you benefit from our conditions with reputable shipping companies and courier services. Naturally, we can distribute the print run as needed, for example, to yourself and external storage facilities, domestic and international branches, distribution partners, etc. Personalized individual shipping is also part of our daily business. For this, we utilize our extensive capabilities in digital printing, and for very high print runs, we collaborate with a reliable letter shop.
