Large-Format Die-Cutting
From simple door hangers to complex presentation boxes: On our Easymatrix 106 flatbed die cutter, your printed product takes on a figurative or three-dimensional shape. We mainly process full-sheet board that was previously printed on our Speedmaster CD 102.

Die development
Spreedruck is the right partner for complex die forms. It’s best to involve us early in the development process. We are happy to design the die for you based on a sketch you provide. Alternatively, we can verify your drawing with a white sample and make any necessary detail corrections.
This is especially important for molds for objects that will be assembled or glued into a three-dimensional shape. The thickness and stiffness of the specific material must always be taken into account.
Free die templates
In our download area, we have compiled die templates that can save you the effort of developing and building your own tool. In addition, the corresponding tools are available free of charge. Please note the explanatory text for each template, in particular the tolerance range of the material thickness in which the respective tool works. Also consider that a job using a tool with a higher utility position may ultimately be more cost effective.

Retail packaging
Spreedruck creates attractive retail and gift packaging in small artisanal batches, combining large format die-cutting and offset printing on cardboard up to 1 mm thick. For reinforcement or padding, we can double the board by gluing or die-cutting and layer corrugated board up to 4 mm thick.
We can provide individual packaging with finishing and personalization, for example for personalized collections of printed products, including packaging in boxes or drawers. Spreedruck also produces presentation packaging such as tote bags or three-dimensional portfolios for product samples.

Blind embossing
Spreedruck also adds blind embossing to large sheets for a tactile and visual effect. With blind embossing, the sheet is embossed without the use of ink, foil or coat. Of course, the embossing motif can be printed or partially coated beforehand.
The visible and tactile effect of blind embossing is primarily determined by the depth of the embossing. On thick and soft paper, a high quality brass die will give a particularly clear impression.

Perforations
Thanks to the high production speed and multiple utility settings, our Easymatrix achieves an output of over 400,000 A4-size copies per shift. For example, we can efficiently produce very large runs of OCR forms with a corner perforation on the payment slip. For smaller jobs, we have a creasing machine for parallel perforations and our GTO 52 for tool-less forms glued directly to the cylinder.
Stickers
We can punch or die-cut round, round or figurative stickers. Especially with small or complicated shapes, it is easier to use if we die-cut the sheet only to the backing and then cut it into a handy format, usually containing multiple copies.
The liner is not cut and can also be printed. An example of an application is discount coupon sheets, which are printed with an advertising side on the back and the die-cut discount coupons on the front. We can do this efficiently with our Easymatrix, even in extremely high volumes.
