Brilliant print products
Our digital print quality is also excellent, based on the best technology and experienced professionals.
In addition to standard color printing, we can also use special colors, namely gold, silver, neon pink, overprint varnish and opaque white. It’s not as broad a spectrum as the offset spot colors, but the effects are very impressive. Otherwise, we basically have the same options for finishing and finishing as in offset printing.

Sheetfed printing
We print on all types of paper, cardboard up to 500 g/m2 and heat-resistant synthetic materials. The print format is normally 33 cm x 48 cm, with the banner function (single-sided) up to 33 cm x 100 cm.
Personalisation
On the Versafire, we process not only the substrates, but also the products of offset printing, to a large extent without any problems. Our possibilities for combining both printing processes to create personalised offset printing are therefore manifold.
Every offset printing surface, even if it is protected by dispersion varnish, can be inscribed. UV spot varnish or hot foil stamping as well as foil lamination on the other side do not hinder personalisation either. After the digital imprint, we can, for example, punch, crease, emboss and perforate. In the event of any missing sheets in the finishing process, the data set is reprinted and inserted.
Large format printing
In large format printing, we cover a wide range of applications, from poster and placard printing on paper to foils and cuts for car and shop lettering. Of course, we can also carry out the installation at your site.

Versafire EP
This is our digital printing flagship with a convincing print image and above-average speed. This also enables us to complete very extensive orders at short notice.
Versafire EV + CV
These machines are suitable and specialized for printing with spot colors (gold, silver, neon pink, overprint varnish or opaque white). If our main printing machine is busy, we also simply print in four colors in excellent quality.
Mimaki JV300-160
We use this large-format digital printer to create posters, placards, stickers, lettering and much more. a. We have 2 machines of this type for higher throughput. Other plotters and additional devices ensure contour cutting, lamination, etc.
